I didn’t ask for them, or seek them, stop being deceitful with your interactions. The first F&I manager I dealt with, Charles, is a good guy. Again has respectable personality. The second F&I manager, name withheld, who I worked with the next day because Charles was out, lacks courtesy and just common sense on customer interaction. Went for an oil change, speedometer check, and infotainment system assistance. Drove into service bay and waited approximately 15 minutes before even getting acknowledged by an employee who then p infotainment system assistance. Drove into service bay and waited approximately 15 minutes before even getting acknowledged by an employee who then passed me onto another employee. Employee I met with was not happy to be there. Told me it would take 3-5 weeks before I could get my speedometer held and I would have to leave it with them. He also told me that the infotainment guy is only there for an hour on fridays. Long story short ended up waiting 5 hours for an oil change mr being the only customer that has shown up the whole time i was in the dealership. More
