My work truck blew a spark plug at 8 in the morning on a sat. The ford dealership was the only one open .and i figured they had more experience with a Heli coil (being its a common problem with the triton e sat. The ford dealership was the only one open .and i figured they had more experience with a Heli coil (being its a common problem with the triton engine) Called and got ahold of the Service Rep. Josh who said they could get it taken care of that day, that took a load off of my mind. Had it towed there checked in and waited till they got it fixed. josh kept me updated during the 4 to 5 hours it took for them to fix it. Called me into the check in when it was finished , he explained my bill and then i made the payment. He thanked me for choosing ford and if there was anything else in the future that i needed done on my ford to give him a call and he would be more then pleased to help me . More
