I had a great experience. I bought a used Honda Civic for my daughter. We got great car with no haggling with the salesman. I called and spoke with Dave Morrison in service for an appointment. Dave set a convenient time for me the following Monday. I arrived at the dealership and Dave immediately took my truck to one of the tec appointment. Dave set a convenient time for me the following Monday. I arrived at the dealership and Dave immediately took my truck to one of the technicians. After a short time, in a very nice waiting area, he asked me to speak with the tech about the problem. He had decided a relay needed to be replaced and said it would take about thirty minutes. In about twenty minutes he pulled it on the service drive ready to go. Great customer service !! Thanks Dave, and I’ll certainly return for any future needs. More

I took my car in for a 100,000 mile check up and got an oil change and tire rotation. My oil had just been changed a month earlier and didn’t need to be changed. They never called me (even though they clai oil change and tire rotation. My oil had just been changed a month earlier and didn’t need to be changed. They never called me (even though they claimed they did) to tell me what services needed to be done, just gave the “multi system check” to my parents when they picked the car up. When I called to tell them what happened, I got nowhere with the person I spoke to. She just said that it was assumed the oil needs to be changed at that check, so they just do it (and charge you for it). Nowhere in the paperwork does it specifically say they did a 100,000 mile check up. Highly unsatisfied. More
