First of all Jake was great to deal with. Second of all I was promised X plan on my purchase when I ordered which was the basis of me deciding to order. I have bought 3 vehicles from autonation and this will probably be my last. More

They were really nice greated me as soon as I walked in the only bad thing is that I got there at 9:15 a.m. which I did have a 9:30 appointment to get a oil change I didn't leave until 11:55 a.m. I don't t the only bad thing is that I got there at 9:15 a.m. which I did have a 9:30 appointment to get a oil change I didn't leave until 11:55 a.m. I don't think that I would come back, that's a long time to wait just for a oil change and I had a appointment. Made an appointment online to have an oil change on my SUV. Dropped it off and they called when it was finished. Very professional and they even washed it for me!! Very pleased with the sevice!!
