I have appreciated this dealership and the Service Ctr - Peggy is always able to get me the details I need on what is being done to my vehicle & accurate timing. the prior dealership my family I worked wit Peggy is always able to get me the details I need on what is being done to my vehicle & accurate timing. the prior dealership my family I worked with was horrible and I hesitated ever remaining with Ford - after being with Ford all my life and currently having 4 ford vehicles on our family ins. I recommend Peggy and I recommend this dealership - its sales, its servicers. More

I went in on a weekend and had a disgusting sales experience, Chad the finance guy thought I was going to steal a car and panicked. The full wire was received for the vehicle on following Tuesday..I experience, Chad the finance guy thought I was going to steal a car and panicked. The full wire was received for the vehicle on following Tuesday..I never received the 5 day grace period and when I asked anything, he never responded nor did any managers on the email. I left a negative review and attempted to escalate and they condoned Chad's actions. Nothing was ever addressed. In late May, I contacted the corporate office and was finally passed to the manager: John Glenn, who didn't offer any empathy at all and no accountability for my experience. They don't care. More

I went in for a transmission problem on a Monday and was told it wouldn’t get looked at until Friday. I got a call on Friday around 12:30 that it was ready.
