Absolute worst experience I have ever had with AutoNation. I have probably purchased 5 cars from them without issues Purchased vehicle Thursday from this store Brought up concerns of feeli AutoNation. I have probably purchased 5 cars from them without issues Purchased vehicle Thursday from this store Brought up concerns of feeling unbalanced and rotors shaking. They confirmed it passed all inspections and was safe to drive First drive, took truck to Austin Friday for work event. Shook the whole way in steering wheel, footboard, and seat… not a repair rabbit hole I want to dive down. Called and emailed the store and salesman, salesman Mahmoud stated no return since beyond 250 miles. No call back from sales manager Came in Monday to speak with general manager, I got the finance manager. I was very respectid and polite stating my concerns and I just wanted it credited to an another Autonation vehicle whether it be this store or another. But I was not happy about the response Saturday with no call back and the email from a 25 year store salesman. Stated they would not take it back due to beyond 250 mile policy and that I picked it drive it and chose to buy it but I could trade it in. Was so rude basically telling me I was wrong and “snooze you lose” would not let me speak with store manager unless I made an appointment Here over an hour. Still won’t let me speak with store manager. Store manager relaying “past 250 miles were not taking it back” Who doesn’t take 10 minutes to come talk with a loyal customer? Sends sales managers to come say no return it’s policy WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE FROM AUTONATION EVER AGAIN ***Update - as I left I asked for appointment with store manager at 10 am - it is now 5 PM and still no phone call to apologize for his employees or ask how to assist I have now left reviews with BBB, Google Reviews, and contacted AutoNation corp Will return tomorrow to dealership to try and speak with GM More

When we arrived at the dealership, we looked a little on the used lot and were greeted by Joel and he showed us several used F150's that were nice, but did not have the trim level and mileage i was looking the used lot and were greeted by Joel and he showed us several used F150's that were nice, but did not have the trim level and mileage i was looking for. He then suggested that he had some 2023 Ford F150 Service Demo's for sale that were NEW with LOW MILEAGE. He brought a 2023 Ford F150 XLT SPORT Super Crew Black with 1560 miles on it up for us to look at. Immediately after looking at it and sitting in it, it seemed to be everything i had been looking for. We took it for a test drive and brought it back to start looking at the numbers. After working with the sales manager and F&I manager we struck a deal and purchased the vehicle and left that evening at close. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchase and have taken it on a road trip recently and couldn't be more thrilled with the vehicles performance and comfort. We would whole heartedly recommend Joel and AutoNation Ford Arlington to anyone I talk about purchasing vehicles with. More
