I've been attempting to get a Bronco Sport for some time now, and finally found one through this dealership around Memorial Day weekend. The vehicle was not yet at their lot, but was going to be en route soon from Ford's plant. I was told that I could begin the purchase process for that particular vehicle before it arrived at the lot if I filled out some paperwork and put down a $1,000 deposit. When the vehicle arrived, I'd be able to complete the purchase and take my new car home. I was told in no uncertain terms that this vehicle was now officially mine and would not be available for purchase by anyone else. Now, more than six weeks later, I have yet to hear from anyone at the dealership telling me the car has arrived. It has been removed from their website and marked as sold - but not to me! After multiple unanswered attempts to get in touch with the General Manager, I have not heard anything back, but I received an unexplained email from Ford (corporate) saying that the dealership had placed an order for a new Bronco Sport in my name without my authorization and with a build/delivery time of around two months or potentially more. This tacit admission that they sold what was rightfully my vehicle to someone else without ever even attempting to reach out to me in inexcusable, and I still have not heard a peep from them. Nor have I received a refund for the $1,000 deposit I placed on the vehicle, which they no longer even have. In retrospect, I should have known that there would be issues with the process. I made an appointment (as opposed to just walking in) to go in and see a sales rep when I began this process, and she arrived to our meeting more than 25 minutes late. She was very unprofessional, and set the tone for the rest of my interactions with the dealership. My family has purchased at least 5 vehicles in the last year (4 of them through Ford) and this is by far the worst experience we've had in that span of time. I could not be more disappointed with the (lack of) service I've gotten from my experience with this dealership, and will not be using them again, nor recommending them to anybody I know. More

Bad customer service I am new to the area and called about getting my recall fixed. I was told my recall had expired and would have to pay to get my car fixed. Great dealership We came in to get a recall done on our mustang we strolled through the used cars and found a Fusion that we liked. Wifes Mustang came from this dealership back in 2006 when it was Texan Ford. So ours was 12 years old 177000 miles. It was time. Our sales person Mike Halasa was awesome. He was not the pushy salesman that we have had in the past at other dealerships. He made it a awesome time. He found some trim pieces broken and is having them replaced along with window tint. Now our finance person Kim Harris was the best. Made signing the papers fun. Very helpful and very good at her job explaining all the warranties and all other questions. She gave me a nickname as serial trader since I have had the 5 new cars since my wife has had one. She had me laughing and enjoying our time. This is how car buying should be. Got our payments where we wanted. AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! As we were about to leave the check engine light came on. No worries they said. Put us in a loaner until it can get fixed.
