My side view mirror on passenger side was broken and need to be replaced. My service adviser was Peggy and she was fantastic. She told me the part was in stock and she could have it replaced that day. Took m to be replaced. My service adviser was Peggy and she was fantastic. Brought in my son's F150 to get routine service done prior to him going back to college. Was ready to get full down load on how much I should probably do, but instead, was told that nothing more than m prior to him going back to college. Was ready to get full down load on how much I should probably do, but instead, was told that nothing more than minimum work was needed, an oil change, rotation of tires and that was it. We waited an hour PAST when they said detailing would be done and it still wasn’t. Finally we had to leave and take the car as it was. Car wasn’t really dirty, but windshield was—on the inside. They told us while signing papers there “may” be a recall but when we got home there were papers in the car from the service department detailing that there is a recall and what it is. Thanks for that little surprise! Thank goodness it was a cash purchase so we don’t have to scrape money together to pay for the recall while making payments! More

I ordered my truck on February 2nd. Jake Andrews (Sales) worked with me to get all the features that I wanted and helped me pick the right vehicle for me. Because of the chip shortage, I didn't get my truck worked with me to get all the features that I wanted and helped me pick the right vehicle for me. Because of the chip shortage, I didn't get my truck until July 27th. Jake kept me well informed on the expected delivery delivery. When I actually took delivery, Jake walked me through the entire process up to and including hands on familiarization of the features of the truck. Jake was friendly, professional, and knowledgable of all aspects of the transaction. He made me feel very comfortable at all times. More
