We were visiting our son in Frisco. I used the Dallas and surrounding market to find a Platinum F150 hybrid. I located the one I wanted at AutoNation Arlington and made a deposit over the phone. We went to the dealership at 8:30 the next morning to complete the sale and pick up the truck. For some unknown reason, the wrong model and color truck had been detailed and presented to us even though, our salesman had emailed the window sticker to me. After many hours of waiting, we finally got the truck after they installed additional dealer installed options. Our understanding that the truck had not been washed because of door edge guards needed time to dry. We drove back to Alabama the next day and did not know that there was an issue with the paint on both passenger doors. After 3 weeks of visiting local dealers, numerous emails, texts and phone calls. The GM arranged with the GM at AutoNation Mobile to have it repaired. I must say that Our salesman, Jake Andrews did all that he could to help us. More
