I arrived to purchase a high end truck. It is an "as is" offer (no warranty for a $70k Truck. My salesman Jeff Jaramillo provided a printed a carmax report, which I reviewed. It showed ONE owner in Texas. I offer (no warranty for a $70k Truck. My salesman Jeff Jaramillo provided a printed a carmax report, which I reviewed. It showed ONE owner in Texas. I asked to see his carmax on his desk-computer and it showed me TWO owners, one only owning the truck for 2 months. He agreed it was a huge red flag. I asked him why he presented me a printed report with 1 owner not 2 as the true report said. His response was "look man, do you want to buy the truck or not. I'm not going to beg you." I strongly suspect tactics like this and a reaction like Jeff's is what gives used car dealers a bad name. DO NOT buy any vehicle here. My opinion only! More
Charmaine was amazing, but our Finance Officer was unprofessional. He added fees but did not tell us what he was doing. I guess he thought we needed a car so bad we will sign anything. 2nd time at this service department and both times my wife took our Expedition in for service she was lucky enough to have ONE employee willing to help. No one bothered to come out to the service lane to help (that's what they are supposed to do, right???) and she sat there waiting. When she walked in, no greeting and pretty much made sure to even look the other way. When you purchase a $70k vehicle, I would expect a much better experience. More
