When I made an appointment through the call center, the call center forgot to mention that the appointment was only for dropping off the vehicle. It would be another 10 days before repairs would begin. H call center forgot to mention that the appointment was only for dropping off the vehicle. Peggy even allowed me to speak with the technician that worked on my 2000 Ford Taurus. In addition, a Lyft was called for me to get a ride home, when I dropped off my car. More
