**Update: Positive Resolution** I was personally contacted by General Manager Kelly Farley around 5:30 PM on Monday. He agreed to meet with me the following day at 10 AM. During our meeting, it was clear that Kelly understood my concerns, respected my perspective, and acknowledged that the situation had not been handled in the best manner. We took the truck for a test drive, and at that point, Kelly committed to covering the cost of the necessary repairs and providing me with a rental vehicle at no charge. While I reiterated that my goal is always to have a positive experience, which unfortunately was missed in this case, I appreciated Kelly’s proposal and felt that he was taking the right steps to resolve the matter. However, I also expressed that my preference was to reverse the deal entirely. I believe Kelly fully understood my reasons for requesting to reverse the transaction and took appropriate actions to address my concerns. If you choose to work with AutoNation in Arlington, I would recommend working directly with Kelly, as I feel he genuinely aims to make things right.
