AutoNation, and specifically Shawn, stepped up and got our vehicle in for emergency service so we could safely go on the road for vacation. During my visit I was surprised that the staff had start taking pictures of my car without asking me or explaining why he was doing it until I asked him. Then I felt like nicked and dime about service perf taking pictures of my car without asking me or explaining why he was doing it until I asked him. I had to ask someone else. Just wanted questions about service answered before being charged. More
