After getting an oil change at another place I was told my brakes weren't working. I trust Autonation and brought my car there immediately as I only wanted a dealership to do any repairs if needed. After taking my car in without an appointment within a few hrs they were able to diagnose and let me know that my brakes were good. Not only was I relieved they saved me hundreds in unnecessary repairs. Thank you Autonation Amherst for always taking care of my car needs. Needless to say I won't trust any other place to look at my car. More

Went in for an oil change and took over 2 hours for it. Started off by asking the gal once she took all the info down for service and price that I had Ford Pass rewards. She did not know about them. She asked the typical upsell options with no price and really pushed that my cabin and air filter were in bad shape. Again no price for these. I said the cabin would be fine. After a long period of time, my vehicle was ready and said I owed nothing. I glanced at my reward points right before I left and it dropped over 33, 000 points. Asked her and another service adviser why the sudden loss of points. He explained it is so much for a part and cost me over 14,000 for the filter. I told her if I know that I would have gotten it. Her reply was I didn't know. They can delete all the negative comments they want on facebook. Observing multi customers complaining and my own experience over the time there tells me the staff is poorly trained and unable to communicate effectively to the customer. More

Brought my 2017 Foed Edge in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that I had 2 recalls but only had time for 1 recall to be repaired.
