I bought several fords from AutoNation and always get great service from this auto dealer. I had a recall , Shawn was my service person. He took care of everything . We came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation only to find out, our mistake ,the appointment was scheduled the following week. Shawn was more than accommodating to have our service done that day. only to find out, our mistake ,the appointment was scheduled the following week. Shawn was more than accommodating to have our service done that day. We also ended up having to have our brakes, a recall and a couple other things taken care of and still were able to have it done that day. We have had all our needed service done with the Amherst Auto Nation for many years, and always ask for Shawn to be our service manager. Needless to say we have always been very pleased! More
