Amherst Auto Nation has been Loyal, Honest, Trustworthy, Kind, and Wonderful to ME. They have made sure I always have a Loaner when my car is being serviced. They ALWAYS answer all of my questions, and are Kind, and Wonderful to ME. They have made sure I always have a Loaner when my car is being serviced. The person in the check in process was pleasant and knowledgeable when asked about the service that was needed. I have been very pleased with the services received at the Amherst Autonation facility. The service people have been kind, considerate, and helpful. The work on my vehicle has been great and I highly re the Amherst Autonation facility. The service people have been kind, considerate, and helpful. The work on my vehicle has been great and I highly recommend anyone to come to the facility for service. The transportation service has been a big plus for me as a senior. I have been impressed when picking up my car that it has been washed and cleaned before I get there. The gentlemen in Collision have been excellent in helping me and even going out of their way to make sure I am served with top notch attention. More

Always enjoy my trip to Autonation Ford in Amherst ohio when I need or want a new vehicle, if they don't have the vehicle I want on their lot John goes out of his way to have it there as soon as possible. when I need or want a new vehicle, if they don't have the vehicle I want on their lot John goes out of his way to have it there as soon as possible.
