AutoNation Ford Amherst - Service Center

I believe I have been taken advantage of by AutoNation. Their service rep claimed that I told her that my battery had been failing for awhile and that I’d had it jumped several times. This is not true, the car stopped and seized up while moving and I’d never had battery problems. I have initiated a customer service complaint with Ford regarding this incident. I’ve been buying cars from this dealer for over thirty years, never again. More
