I had a great experience just last week when I had to trade my car in. I called spoke with Joe Romano he was able to speed the process up and sent me pictures of what I wanted and got pre approved befor trade my car in. Always a pleasure to go there for sales or service. It's like being at a family reunion the way I am treated. They always have a solution to any concerns I might have.
