Didn't wash my car like they said they would do because the weather was above freezing and it wasn't raining or snowing. Was told it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours and it took over 4 hours. I called after 3 the weather was above freezing and it wasn't raining or snowing. Was told it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours and it took over 4 hours. I called after 3 hours and had to leave a message which I did. I never heard from them so I called again after 4 hours and they said they are just finishing up. They rotated the tires even though that was never brought up when I dropped it off. More

Everything to be ok. I'll see after driving my car for awhile.
