The service on the service side is very poor, they seem to be unorganized and do not communicate with the customer at all. When I had my truck looked at for a strange sound, I actually had to get a ride to to be unorganized and do not communicate with the customer at all. When I had my truck looked at for a strange sound, I actually had to get a ride to the dealer in order to get an update. They won’t answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. That’s terrible customer service. Then I got the excuses as to why, “we’re short handed” we can’t get to our messages” etc. I wiould recommend the sales side because they are good people who will bend over backwards to make the customer feel important. The service side needs a lot of work and will more than likely run the good long term customers off over time. More

They left my wife stranded appt. At 9:00am mechanics went home i called at 5:24 they close at 6:00 thank god I finally got through, call center in Texas. We live in denver dropped jeep in colorado springs due to high back log here. They never kept us updated they forgot about my wife left her stranded, xxxxx. Will never return More
This dealerships service has seriously degraded since Auto Nation took over. Recommend finding some place better. I dropped off my vehicle the night before a scheduled appointment. Called them the day of Auto Nation took over. Recommend finding some place better. I dropped off my vehicle the night before a scheduled appointment. Called them the day of the appointment after work and the vehicle hadn't been touched. Got the vehicle back the next day. Dealership covered the cost of the maintenance. Not sure if technicians are dragging their feet or scheduling department is over booking. Recommend finding another dealership for your maintenance needs. More
My truck has been in multiple times and they can't get it fixed. Everytime they promise to dig in deeper if check engine light comes on again. Service Department has gone downhill and it seems to be getting worse. I went in for an oil change and was third in line. Well my oil change took over two and a half hours to complete and I think it would getting worse. I went in for an oil change and was third in line. Well my oil change took over two and a half hours to complete and I think it would of taken longer if I didn't ask about it. We are more worried about our cell phones and personnel calls than helping the customer. I think I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes. This use to be a great place now I can say it is one of the worst places. More

After driving 100 miles, I get the notification on the dash that states “Oil change required soon” and the old sticker was still in the windshield fr After driving 100 miles, I get the notification on the dash that states “Oil change required soon” and the old sticker was still in the windshield from the previous oil change. So, was the service conducted and the tire rotation? I called the dealership and left a message for the service manager and their service manager supervisor. Neither one has returned my calls to resolve the matter. Pretty pathetic customer service if you ask me. I have always taken my truck there for service and now I don’t trust them to provide the service I paid for. More
