Have had 2018 Durango for 2 weeks & major problems We bought a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T 2 weeks ago & already have had a major mechanical issue which caused me to almost have a major multi-car accident, We bought a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T 2 weeks ago & already have had a major mechanical issue which caused me to almost have a major multi-car accident, sit stuck on the side of the highway waiting for a tow truck in a very dangerous position because the vehicle was not driveable. I had it towed to the dealership (the employees were very nice & wanted to help) where they said they spent “5 hours” looking at it, putting it on the computer & driving it without finding the cause of the problem. They could only release it back to me & let me drive it & “bring it back if it did it again”. I relayed how unsafe I felt & that me just driving it & risking the same thing happening again was not ok, since it almost caused an accident to begin with. I wanted them to look further since such a major incident (the vehicle would barely drive, as if it was in neutral on a major highway, there was no warning or check engine light) means SOMETHING is wrong. I felt like since the computer diagnostic didn’t show the problem that they don’t believe something was wrong? So now I have to go pick up my new $50,000 vehicle & always be afraid when I drive it. The only reason we bought this vehicle was so that I would be safe when driving it across the country alone to visit our grown children while my husband is out of the country for a year. Now I will have to worry about my safety just driving to the grocery store, let alone further. A dealership of this size should be willing to do more, at least spend more time checking the physical parts of the vehicle & not just relying on computer diagnostics, especially on a vehicle that is only 2 weeks old! I pray I expressed my fears of this happening again on the interstate or especially at night but they do not care. I will be documenting everything, including the tow-truck drivers observations. Buyer beware, don’t buy this vehicle, seems like it’s goibg to be the same old issues they had years ago & they won’t try to figure it out until someone dies or many major accidents happen. WILL NEVER BUY DODGE AGAIN due to the handling of this issue. More

I asked if they could repair my hood prop rod and he stated yes. Right before my vehicle was ready I was told 3 things that was recommended for my vehicle. I kindly declined and waited about 5 more minutes until I was told my vehicle was ready. I paid for what I don't know. My vehicle wasn't vacuumed or washed, which has always been done the many years I've gone there . 2 weeks later my change oil indicator came on, my hood prop rod was NEVER repaired, my fluids weren't filled or topped because I had absolutely no washer fluid and my airbag light came on. I'm not sure if my oil was even changed properly I wrote the manager of the service department and NEVER received a response. More

Well, long stor I own a Dodge Ram now,and because I live in downtown Colorado Springs, I took it to Perkins to discuss recall and oil change services. Well, long story short, I left without making an appointment and went straight to Colorado Springs Dodge where I was treated with respect and give a service the next day which was my last weekday off. I couldn't be happier! They quoted me an hour and a half..it was done early and I'm on my way! Thank you Colorado Springs Dodge for your amazing service!! More
Colorado Springs Dodge Service Department is poor I scheduled a service appointment so I would get better quality of service, but when it was all said and done it was a disaster. To get my HVAC diagn I scheduled a service appointment so I would get better quality of service, but when it was all said and done it was a disaster. To get my HVAC diagnosed and get an oil change took over 6 hours. It probably would of been even longer if I didn't show up at the 5 hour mark. The rep didn't even offer to wash my vehicle. Worst experience. More

The moreland automotive group dealerships have the highest trained, and most knowlegable techs. From cherry creek dodge in aurora to colorado springs dodge. The service department does whats right by the customer. Other dealerships like perkins cares only about making money off of unsuspecting customers. Unlike perkins motors, colorado springs dodge completes work on vehicles to factory specs. More

All I needed was a code added and then to reset the computer, even if it hadn't worked, nothing would have been harmed. He assured me that he was not trying to push me away and was not very friendly. I got another dealership to do the work I need and it did work, so the technicians at this dealership do not know their vehicles as well as they think they do. More
Sales - 4 stars; Finance - 0 stars; Service - 0 stars Bought a used MB S550 in March of this year from Kevin, who was good; dealt with Garth in Finance who lied about EVERYTHING (extended warranty, financ Bought a used MB S550 in March of this year from Kevin, who was good; dealt with Garth in Finance who lied about EVERYTHING (extended warranty, finance rate); took the car to the Service department in July for 50K mile lube/oil/filter which is part of a purchased service maintenance program, called ahead and told Aaron that I was coming (from Denver) on Tuesday morning for the lube/oil/filter service for my car and specified the make/model. When I arrived, they didn't have the oil filter for the car but assured me (at 9am) it would be delivered by 3pm. I told them I didn't want to wait that long, but would be back on Friday morning to have the work completed. I fortunately called Friday morning before driving down to Colorado Springs for the service work, because the service rep I talked with at 8am said he didn't know if the filter was in, but he would check and call me back; he didn't. At 9am I called again and spoke with a young woman in the service department who checked on the status of the oil filter and told me that it would be delivered at noon today. I told her that it was supposed to be in on Tuesday afternoon at 3pm and she only apologized, saying that their parts supplier didn't have one in stock and it wouldn't be delivered until noon today (Friday). I informed her that I had been told Tuesday it would be delivered by 3pm Tuesday, but she offered no explanation for the discrepancy. I told her to call me when the filter was actually in their hands and I'd reschedule the maintenance then. We'll see if I actually get that call back . . . More
If at first you do not succeed I had a not so great experience with this service department at first. After expressing my dissatisfaction the service department supervisor Andy cal I had a not so great experience with this service department at first. After expressing my dissatisfaction the service department supervisor Andy called me personally to apologize and wanted to make things right. He listened to everything I had to say about the experience and about how I did not feel my car was fixed. He readmitted my vehicle, covered a rental car for me, and had all repairs done within a day but kept the car another day just to make sure things were actually taken care of himself and still covered the rental. My car was actually repaired this time and they had also detailed it for me. The return trip to this service department was much more pleasant than the first and I felt that the work had actually been done. The supervisor was extremely pleasant to speak with and had great customer service, very helpful and obliging. I feel much more comfortable going back to this department for service now because of the much better service I received :) So here is my first review of this service department: (If you are female don't bother taking your vehicle here to get service, you will just get looks like you do not know what you are talking about. Then they will make it seem like a rental car will be covered, have your car for nearly a week, then you go to get it come to find out that it was not covered. Not only that but the issue that I had shown a picture of the tire pressure sensor/ pounds, to the service guy to prove I did not just need to put air in my tire, and told him the exhaust was making a noise and described that noise to him. Well the tire pressure is when I got the "you are just a girl, you don't know what you're talking about, it just needs air" look, and then 2 days later my husband had to go in (because I could not get off of work and he was already off work) to show the technician what the exhaust was doing. meanwhile, the service guy tried calling the wrong phone number to contact my husband. another 2 days goes by and one phone call, we are told there is nothing wrong with the tires or sensors so they put air in them and put them back on. AND the technician had grind down my trailer hitch where the exhaust was hitting it AFTER they were told NOT to. I do not want my 2013 vehicle to be jerry rigged, the tech should have loosened the bolts and put the trailer hitch back 1/4 inch to elevate the problem, but no he didn't, instead he did what we told the service guy we did not want them to do and then the service acts like they did us a HUGE favor by doing the work for free. The experience was nothing but miscommunications between the service guy, the technician, and the customer. Terrible experience more than once, doesn't seem like they care about the quality of their work, or how a customer feels. Frustrating!) More
I just got back from this service department and have to say I did not leave a satisfied customer! Yesterday I called and scheduled for my car to go in and when I got there today there was nothing even writ say I did not leave a satisfied customer! Yesterday I called and scheduled for my car to go in and when I got there today there was nothing even written down about my appointment!! I walk in and no one is even acknowledging us to let me know that the appointment I made yesterday apparently wasn't important enough to even write down. (I wish I had the name of the person I spoke with). Takes an hour for oil change, tire rotation, and new air filter, this is just fine. However when I get back into my car after everything is done there is a giant grease stain in my car in the shape of some technicians footprint!! Also usually they'll run my car through the wash real quick and that sure didn't happen either...customer service skills at this place severely lacking More
