I had a appointment scheduled for a month and when I showed up parts weren't available anymore. It happens I work in the industry was told to reschedule when parts are in, to easy right. Well I've called for two weeks to get an appointment and when I call to get it scheduled I ask are parts available and last week I was told I would get a call back to confirm never happened. So I called today amd when through the same conversation and the lady who picked up in service on 12/13/23 at 9am was rude and told me she could schedule my appointment. Sweet so I asked if the parts were available as to not waste anyone's time well she refused to check and said she'll set the appointment and I needed to locate the availability of the parts and as I tried to explain to her I was just making sure no one was wasting valuable paid time she just transfered me mid conversation and was rude and unprofessional and I wish I knew her name. But David in parts was wonderful and was able to start looking and took care of the situation. More

Had to take our vehicle in for a transmission issue. Coming from a big company, we have a lot of trucks. Transparent and friendly staff. I brought my truck in for service. The technician was thorough and even though he couldn't find the problem at first, he had no quams keeping my truc I brought my truck in for service. The dealership got my truck in on time and completed the service the same day. They kept me informed. This is the second time I have used this dealership for a warranty repair and I will continue to go ther service the same day. They kept me informed. I feel sorry for the employees that have to face their customers after being ripped off by this predatory dealership. I will never step foot in that building again. Slowest services, especially when you bring your vehicle in for a recall service. Took 9 hrs to do a high pressure fuel pump inspection. Could be better organized and better staffed for maintenance. The initial lady who checked me in could not understand English and got my scheduled service wrong.
