Called this morning to schedule warranty service and the woman on the phone spoke a mile a minute and didn’t listen to what I needed. Tried to charge me for WARRANTY service and they don’t even offer a loan woman on the phone spoke a mile a minute and didn’t listen to what I needed. Tried to charge me for WARRANTY service and they don’t even offer a loaner car even though I have a full warranty still on my Jeep. Do not bring your vehicle here! She was incredibly rude and patronizing- I do not need to be treated like an idiot when my car was already diagnosed by a top notch mechanic - they just can’t do the work due to the power train warranty. This dealership needs to drug test this employee- she asked for my phone number 3 separate times - and talked over me - as a nurse who worked in rehab - yup - she was a piece of work. I would not allow anyone to work on my vehicle there after speaking with her. More

Really indescribable at this point. Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 as I'm baffled. Just shocked at how bad this got with CS Dodge. Had a 2015 ecodiesel that became a $9k problem in a matter of 2 from 5 stars to 1 as I'm baffled. Just shocked at how bad this got with CS Dodge. Had a 2015 ecodiesel that became a $9k problem in a matter of 2 weeks months ago. The oil cooler failed, which is disastrous, and then the turbo sprung a leak two weeks after the oil cooler failed. Was going to be $3800 just to tear the engine apart and identify the issue with the turbo. I make money with the trucks I own. Had to rent trucks to get me through this period too. Hauling is my living. Ram Tough...meh. Ram should be recalling the oil cooler because of the danger to the engine and occupants...but whatever. It's a thermal break, so the design is crap from Chrysler. Just read what happens when an oil cooler fails in one of these vehicles. While the vehicle was in the bay, I told them I'd trade it back to them. They deducted the estimated repairs from the trade-in value and I lost big money in span of 2 weeks. Big Money. Traded to a 2017 5.7 Hemi. Didn't trade up, traded to. Even the salespeople shared with me that the 2nd generation engines in the 1/2 ton ecodiesel were suspect when I was unloading mine. In between repairs, I had a wholesale buyer ask me what I thought of the vehicle. I told him when things go bad, they go real bad. He said they were seeing an awful lot of ecodiesel 1/2 tons and he didn't understand why. The reason is that they have big issues with oil coolers and cracking EGR coolers. These are major, major failures. Fires, engine damage, you name it. The more miles, the more risk. That's why trade ins are becoming commonplace it appears at wholesalers. Who knows what else is lurking? I'm a fan of Dave Ramsey and he says never buy an extended warranty. Well, we did with the 2017. Dave Ramsey is right...again...d*&nit. No deductible and high mile warranty that covered everything that wasn't maintenance related. Very pricey. I'm an idiot. Low beams go out last week on both sides. High beams and fog good. Don't understand as it's not the switch because lights apparently on. Take to the dealer this am. Believe warranty will take care of issue. Advisor calls me after a few hours and tells me they can't touch the headlamps, that they're aftermarket. I've had the vehicle 5 months. I said, "I bought the vehicle like that from you. I didn't know the headlamps were aftermarket." He stated that they were and I should have known. Yeah, like the first thing I ask when I'm trying to replace a lemon for another vehicle is, "Are those aftermarket headlamps because I plan on buying the warranty?" Said what I needed to say and reminded Richard in the service department the vehicle was sold to me that way from CS Dodge. What am I not understanding here? You sold me a vehicle with aftermarket parts, sold me a warranty that covers failures, and then won't cover the failure because the parts are aftermarket in the truck you sold me? Huh? Get a call back and the service dept says they can't do anything and to speak to the sales department. He says, "We're out." We're out? What? We're out after you sell me a vehicle that's covered under a full warranty with aftermarket headlamps...that I should apparently know about? I told Richard, "You work under the same roof, why don't you go talk to the sales department?" He wouldn't and transferred me. Get transferred to Sales Dept and lay into Paul. Really blindsided him. You can thank Richard for that. He goes back to service and talks to Richard. Richard calls me again and says I can come get the vehicle and he'll price out OEM headlamps for a technician to install (wasted the entire day). I told him, don't bother. I'm done with this place. Done with Dealin' Doug. I recommend Honda, Toyota, or Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers as I've purchased from each of these locations over the years. I live up here. This is my neighborhood. I expect a refund on the Fidelity warranty. I'll even sell the truck back to you when you refund the warranty...which you will. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, I must be at CS Dodge. More
Had my Ram towed in. Turned out to be no problem. The dealer was very responsive to my questions and my problem. Thanks for your help. Case workers seem to know what they and their mechanics were doing. dealer was very responsive to my questions and my problem. Thanks for your help. Normally a great experience till today when I literally got called a liar by the lady who.checked me in for an oil change. I told her when I drove up I had a coupon and it was in my hand, she never took it got called a liar by the lady who.checked me in for an oil change. I told her when I drove up I had a coupon and it was in my hand, she never took it or anything. So after my oil change she tells me my total and I was like no I have this coupon that I told u about Then she tells me that I should of told her at the beginning. When I stated I did she straight up told me "I don't believe you did". Excuse me but i'm not a liar by any means. She also is snarky saying well the cashier can't adjust this. Like clearly that's why I told u in the beginning. Then she wasn't going to apply the coupon saying she needs to check my account. Seriously chic the coupon has my bfs name on it and the car is on my bfs name, I only go to dodge for my oil changes so I know how they work. I have never left somewhere so flustered in my life. All around a terrible experience with this one lady from start to finish. More

I took my truck for warranty repairs and an oil change. Repairs were not fully completed due to incorrect parts being ordered. They damaged my truck in the process then tried to accuse me of having repairs Repairs were not fully completed due to incorrect parts being ordered. They damaged my truck in the process then tried to accuse me of having repairs done before on my new 2019 ram. That would have damaged interior panels in the same area they had just been doing warranty work in.they took no care to keep my truck clean during the oil change process. No seat cover no floor mat. I have tried to have someone fix my interior for me but have never been responded to never given a time to come down. This will be the last time I use Colorado springs dodge for any of my trucks future warranty or service needs. I bought my ram through them but will now be taking it to Perkins. More

Avoid the Service Department at all cost Update: 9 months ago I was a satisfied owner of a new Ram. I have not even owned the truck a year and have been screwed by the service department not Update: 9 months ago I was a satisfied owner of a new Ram. I have not even owned the truck a year and have been screwed by the service department not once but twice. First time, the trucks power steering went out entirely and I could barely get it back to the dealer. The manager told me the deadline I'd have my truck back, and on that day received no call or follow up. I called in to find out the parts were not in still and had to call in myself everyday for the next week and a half to find out when I'd have my truck back. It was like pulling teeth to have the manager even get me a loaner so I could get back to work! They only put me in a crappy truck from enterprise. Today, 9.28.19 I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation as part of the service package. I picked it up clean and ready to go, so I thought. I don't even make it a few miles down Woodmen before my left rear wheel falls off the hub entirely!! This could have killed me had I been going around a corner or driving at freeway speeds!! The service manager Todd had no answers for me when I called... after reviewing the damage all parties agreed that the nuts were not properly torqued down.. Does this mean COS Dodge has complete disregard for their customers safety?! Thankfully I was not injured and no one else was either. This could have been far worse of an incident and ultimately could have resulted in a fatal accident. I really hope COS Dodge is planning to do everything they can to not only make this right, but ensure it does not happen again to another customer! Customer/Client safety should be a priority! More
