I don't believe AutoNation cares about their customers. I had an appointment to have my car looked at for a recall. I received an e-mail and a reminder text. So, they knew I was coming in yet they still we I had an appointment to have my car looked at for a recall. I received an e-mail and a reminder text. So, they knew I was coming in yet they still were not ready to look at my car when I got there. I was even 15 minutes early for my appointment. Yet, it took them over 2 hours to look at my car and realize nothing needed to be done. More

Disappointed in lack of follow up on what should have been covered by a very expensive 36 month, 36k warranty purchased from AutoNation. I left the truck for two days and was told the question was in finance leadership. I spoke with a senior sales manager, Paul, and his attitude was very negative and did not offer any assistance. I have not heard back since picking up the truck on 17 March. Not a great way to begin a relationship with Colorado Springs newest dealership. More
