I received 5 free oil changes with the 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel truck I purchased in January 2024. I also purchased the extended warranty with the truck. When I took the truck in for its first oil chan 3500 diesel truck I purchased in January 2024. I also purchased the extended warranty with the truck. When I took the truck in for its first oil change, I was informed that there were additional issues with the truck heater intake manifold (the engine light was on). I was told that the repair should be covered under warranty. I scheduled this repair and when I came in for that scheduled repair, I was told that there was even more wrong with the truck. Additionally,. I was told that the warranty was NOT going to cover these repairs and my bill was going to be over $9,000.00! For a truck that had less than 70,000 miles on it! Thank goodness I took the truck for a second opinion. The other shop told me that the recommended repairs by the Auto Nation service department were unwarranted and that the truck was not throwing any codes that would indicate the repair that Auto Nation was suggesting which would cost over $9,000.00. So glad I didn't get ripped off by these hacks!! More

I went in to look at trading in my truck and just get some information on what my options were. I was not expecting to actually end up in a new Ram, but was able to work with an outstanding Sales Consult some information on what my options were. I was not expecting to actually end up in a new Ram, but was able to work with an outstanding Sales Consultant that was extremely knowledgeable and gave confidence in my decision. Huge shout out to Josh Nelson for going above and beyond for me. He was very informative, personable, patient, and most of all he has been great at following up with me to make sure I am happy with the vehicle and everything is working great. Josh is a real asset to AutoNation and will be the reason I end up going back to AutoNation Dodge Ram Colorado Springs for my next pickup. Who you work with is just as important as what you end up buying and Josh made my overall experience buying a new truck a positive one. More

After a 2 year wait for my regen sensor that was never installed, I finally had the recall fixed, allegedly. After 2 days my truck stayed in constant regen and was told there’s a problem at altitude and installed, I finally had the recall fixed, allegedly. After 2 days my truck stayed in constant regen and was told there’s a problem at altitude and a fix was in the works but to keep my truck with the engine brake to keep the temperature up. So 2 years no sensor to a sensor that’s really no good. I burned a whole tank of gas in a day because of it. Ram did agree to reimburse for the gas, but 22 days nothing. Service is terrible!!! More
