Great service I’ve been through many dealerships service departments and this one has always stood out. Like any shop if you show up with a problem without a appointment you can’t expect them to drop everything for you but these guys will try to fit you in. More
Worse Service Dodger Dealer in Corado Car was in service department for two months. Multiple failed attempts to fix car. Went to pick car up and had pine needles in the entire car. And to top it all off dealer scratched car not once but twice. Asked when I would get a survey and there response was. Surveys are sent randomly so you may not get one. Avoid this place at all costs. RUINED PARTS ON MY VEHICLES I’ve had 2 vehicles serviced here and honestly I would not even take my bicycle to this place. They wanted to charge me a minimum of $200 to get my ve I’ve had 2 vehicles serviced here and honestly I would not even take my bicycle to this place. They wanted to charge me a minimum of $200 to get my vehicle back in to figure out why it was suddenly overheating and dying going down the highway after being serviced for an oil change there. Turns out they went and unscrewed a lot of unnecessary hoses and nearly ruined the motor and transmission of my vehicle. They offered to “look for the problem” for an extra charge but I took it somewhere else. And will NEVER give back to BRANDON DODGE 5600 S BROADWAY IN LITTLETKN COLORADO 80121!!!!!!!!!!!! More

My salesman (Jim Shadrick) was friendly, helpful and courteous I feel I got a fair deal and I am happy with my purchase; However I am disappointed in the service/detail department. My first message on console was “OIL CHANGE DUE” There were coins and trash under the seats. Fingerprints on headliner and elsewhere. Windshield wiper on driver's side needs replaced. This makes me wonder about “Dealer Certified” More
Poor Service "Again" I bought the oil change policy from the dealership when I purchased this car and have had problems with the dealership on two occasions now. I did not write a review the last time because I thought it was a fluke to spend and hour and a half on a thirty minute oil change. But after this second instance which took two hours for a basic oil change is ridiculous. If the dealership can not keep staff employed (as was suggested) or maintain enough technician that are cross trained to assist when the lube tech's are busy, then pro rate my policy, pay me the balance and let me go to a shop that takes thirty minutes to complete my service. Piss poor and the dealership doesn't care. That is why I will not own another Dodge product. More
We had my wife's Dodge Avenger worked on at the dealer we purchased the vehicle from, the services performed: replaced thermostat housing, oil change/tire rotation & brake job, and coolant system f dealer we purchased the vehicle from, the services performed: replaced thermostat housing, oil change/tire rotation & brake job, and coolant system flush & fill. This came to $1107.14. Immediately after service was done, the heater stopped working on the passenger side. Took the vehicle back and was told it would be an additional $331.71 worth of repair service to fix the "new" problem. Having just done a coolant system flush a week and a half ago, it turns out that they have now performed another coolant system flush & fill again even though I had just gotten one from them 13 days ago. The advisor made no attempt to 'advise' me that this was not necessary work since it had just been done. This a low blow to a loyal customer. My wife has only ever owned 3 cars: a Dodge Shadow, Dodge Stratus, and now the Dodge Avenger. She bought them all brand new from a Dodge Dealer. We will never ever purchase another Dodge again and have already told our story to many family, friends, and co-workers, as well as social media and review sites. We are just a simple middle class family of four who now has "two" car payments- the original car payment to buy the car brand new and a credit card balance of $1438.85 for repairs and this isn't the first time this car has had problems. I know the dealer and company will always thrive with or without our business, but simply using our only humble "voice" to share our disappointing experience. More

My experience with Brandon Dodge's service and parts department has always been positive and priced fairly. My wifes's Jeep Commander needs its paint touched up and a wax job. My 2012 Ram is having issues with the integrated Brake Controller where Ken Baker has shown the upmost customer service in answering my questions to help solve the problem. You can tell Ken is very dedicated and passionate about customer service and goes to great lengths to insure your satisfaction. My Step Son purchase a used Jeep from another Dodge Dealership and was very unsatisfied with his purchase immediately afterwards. I suggested taking the Jeep to Brandon Dodge for diagnostics. The Service department confirmed our suspicions with the recommended repairs. I've found that Ken and his staff are very polite, honest, and professional.
