Eh. . they said the car was "detailed" but there was sticky old finger food on the wheel, and shifter. The car didn't have mats, was missing a storage cov . they said the car was "detailed" but there was sticky old finger food on the wheel, and shifter. The car didn't have mats, was missing a storage cover on the dashboard, has a chip in the windshield, only one key fob, and most importantly, the brakes sound like they are grinding.. I think honestly this car was purchased from a rental place and just flipped for a profit with zero inspection or care put into it my this dealership. That's just my honest review. More

I needed a horn for my truck and went into Brandon Dodge parts to check on it. The parts person April Lowe asked me year and model of truck. She ordered part and said it would be in next day. I went to get it and April had looked up how to install videos for me. April then gave me the websites to view. The price was great, the service excellent and very professional. If all employees at Brandon Dodge are as professional and customer service orientated as April it will be my go to Dealer. They go the extra mile for customers.
