Not efficient, accident prone, bad service. I had an appointment for an issue my 2017 Ram 1500 Sport and brought it in early morning. Two days later, they still had not even looked at the truck! What good is an appointment if they are just going to store it on the lot... I think it's time I drive further for better service and stop using this place. More

The only issue I had was I made an appointment for service 3 weeks in advance. When I arrived for my appointment I was told there would be a 3-4 day wait until the issue was addressed. I have always thought if an appointment was made in advance than was your time slot for the service. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with the 2=3 day delay in service from the appointment time. Is it normal to have to wait this long to have a car serviced when an appointment is made well in advance? More
