Thanks for your comments. Your copy of the paperwork states on the "We Owe" that you will get the repair as promised, which was already scheduled in the service department. I'm told that the tank was full of gas, however, if it was not, allow me to fulfill that promised to you when your car is in for service. This is the first time that anyone in management was aware of any problems with your deal--please always feel free to call the store and ask for a manager or e-mail. We will always respond quickly. Sharie, Thank you for your comments about your purchase. I reviewed your deal and I saw that the repair is written on the We Owe form--you should have a copy in your paperwork--and that the service department has scheduled that repair. Also, I am told that the tank was full of gas, but if it was not, allow us to fulfill that promise when you are here for service. Most importantly, though, is that no one in management had any idea that you were displeased until we got notice of your review from Dealer Rater. I did ask for a Manager and I spoke to "Jeff" he was FULLY aware of the the issues. The point is that the Window repair is in the deal BUT it was promised to me that it would be done BEFORE it was "delivered" to me. As you are well aware it was not delivered to me I had to go and pick it up and the window still wasnt fixed. I was told that the tank would be filled due to the long wait time, I did tell the salesperson at that time it was almost full already so he wasnt saving me anytime or money there as I was told. Then I was told it would be topped off but when I picked it up it was still 3/4 full. Also about the window I have not been told when this "repair" of the window is scheduled this must be another "misunderstanding"

Well I understand very much the circumstance with the bank. The problem was that the finance department committed to and promised certain things stating verbatim "we're going to make sure you leave with that truck and if that means we have to take a loss on that then that's what we'll have to do". Of course, a few days later I was referred to different people altogether (new salesperson and new finance person) and that statement was never honored. So the problem is that he lied and the dealership opted not to back it up in lieu of good customer service, referrals, and repeat business. Instead they decided that this particular sale was not worth it and as a result of the information given to me it ended up costing me in late fees on the vehicle that was eventually returned to me. It's simply bad practice in my opinion and most businesses would've taken the loss at the end of the day in recognition of the fact that their own employee had already made a commitment to the customer. If he couldn't honor that he should have never said anything and I am surprised the dealership did not honor it then or take any corrective action.
