My tires was not rotated on this visit. I believe the Explanation to me of services performed could have been better. I was told that my oil was changed and that was it. When I ask the service agent was fluid levels and multipoint inspection done. Then he says oh yea that was done too. I did not leave feeling happy about the customer service. Good service, outrageous pricing on Ecodiesel oil change with no reasonable explanation other than that’s what Mopar charges for an oil filter. Come on. If there is a reason other than gouging, your service with no reasonable explanation other than that’s what Mopar charges for an oil filter. Come on. Service was professional and informative once my truck made it to the shop. customer service was prompt with Troy handling my truck and he informed me of the repairs every step of the way. Brought my Ram 3500 in for fuel pump recall Sept 26 2022, they said it would be done in 2 days. Told them I'd be gone all week, so I'd pick it up Friday so they could have it all week. Returned Friday to f they said it would be done in 2 days. Told them I'd be gone all week, so I'd pick it up Friday so they could have it all week. Returned Friday to find out it wasn't ready yet and they didn't do the recall I had scheduled because they didn't have the part. So why did they not re-schedule or inform me before Friday? Told me they would reach out when the part came in and finally after waiting for months I reached out in April 2023. They said 2 weeks they could get me in if it worked to drop it off Wednesday April 11 and they needed 2 days. I asked if it would be ready Thursday evening, they said yes. Thursday late afternoon I was told it wasn't going to be ready and they asked if they could keep it. I responded I needed it but if they could have it done Friday around noon that would be fine, they responded that wouldn't be a problem. Friday at noon I asked for an update! NOT READY! I was told he's under it right now. Finally at 3:30 I was told it was finally ready. A fix that is expected to take 3.5 hours took 8 days over nearly 7 months to complete. Find someplace else! HORRIBLE SERIVES DEPT! More
