Chad and the service team at Arapahoe Dodge have been great. They have had to work through short staffing and having to incorporate electric bays in the shop, but the shop is fantastic and the guys are great. I took a 2500 in for some recalls and while the appt was out a few weeks the quality of service was well worth it. Chad, my service manager, did a great job of "upselling" my oil change...while saving me money in the long run! The oil change/tire rotation package was a great idea, and even though I had been here many t my oil change...while saving me money in the long run! The oil change/tire rotation package was a great idea, and even though I had been here many times, I'd never heard of it until Chad was who I interacted with. He also showed me other ways to save money, but of course it benefitted RAM Arapahoe, too! Loyalty runs both ways when you make it a win-win! More
Hard to schedule. Phone calls went to voicemail continually. Couldn't schedule an oil change and recall service with the same person. The coupon was for 5 quarts. My truck takes 7 quarts. No problem - accept that the way they figured the cost of the additional 2 quarts was $19.41 PER QUART!!! Come on -- we know you buy it in bulk and I can go to the store and buy the best for about $6 per quart. I know there will be some markup but almost $20 per quart. They had to unplug my running boards from the ODBI, but did not plug them back in when done. I had to go back in to have it completed. No conveniences in the waiting room - water, coffee, tea etc. Basically a very mediocre experience. I wanted to like this dealership for the service because I a good experience with the GM during the buying process and when I had to cancel my order I promised him I would use his service center. Unfortunately I will probably not be going back. More
