When I delivered the vehicle at 7:00 am to the service department, I was asked when I wanted it back. I said end of day would be fine. They said it might be tomorrow. After hearing nothing, I called back at 10:30 to see what was going on. I was put on hold for five minutes. When the service rep came back on line, she said: the wrong part came in and they would have to order the right part and we would have to reschedule the appointment a few weeks out. Very disappointed. More
