Went there for a scheduled appointment to have factory re-call work done. Was in an out in 30 minutes. I was amazed at how quick the service was. Although it was difficult to initially schedule the required service everything else went as expected. The service representative was excellent after I was able to explain my concerns. Initially I attempted to schedule service online, only to find it almost impossible. I have this vehicle in my account but the information I entered did not transfer to the service department prior to my arrival. The person I talked to get the service scheduled didn't understand what I needed so I just scheduled the basic service to get an appointment. Still, all of my needs were met, in an orderly fasion, in a reasonable time, and with little fanfare. More

Dropped vehicle off for recall service. I had a few questions on UConnect(Which is a joke for the NAV systems) and for a phobe issue, on 1 of the 2 phobes I have. I got no ware for resolvin I had a few questions on UConnect(Which is a joke for the NAV systems) and for a phobe issue, on 1 of the 2 phobes I have. I got no ware for resolving the issue. I tried to call the 800 number listed on their website, to get to the Service contact and also tried to call the local phone number. I requested from each number to talk to the service department, and got no ware. I was not allowed to leave a message, so I didnt know what was going on with my truck. I feel like I need to start to look at a competitors truck(Ford GMC) for my next purchase. I have been a Dodge/RAM customer since 1995. But with my 2019 2500 Not sure this was the best purchase at this point. I have my Wife's son who purchased his truck (same size as mine) and my daughter with a 1500 Warlock. I'm really disappointed. I picked my truck up from service and my truck tires were low, my settings were all rest to factory settings, I asked why and was told with the type of recall they performed that will re-set to factory settings. My thought why wasn't that disclosed that there may be resets to factory defaults due to what they are doing to my truck for the re-call. That to me is being honest with a customer. I had to find out when I was leaving the shop which is really upsetting. POOR COMMUNICATION TO A CUSTOMER THAT PAYS FOR SERVICE!! Want to talk more please contact me. More
