I met with a different service advisor about a month earlier to make my appointment and couldn't get an accurate answer on costs with wishy washy answers which left me uneasy. I checked my Ram in on the appointment date with Cheyenne and was impressed with her friendly attitude and eagerness to serve me and her accuracy on the quote. It's obvious that she is a people person and wants to give the best possible service to her customers. More

We scheduled appointments two months in advance for both our Jeep and Durango scheduling them one week apart from each other because we only have two cars. We brought our Durango in the night before the scheduled appointment because of work schedules. We did not get an update for a few days, and therefore called about status on our Durango. During that first call, we were placed on hold for about 20 minutes while they looked in their system to find our car. Initially we were told they did not have our car there and asked if we'd dropped it at a different location, but eventually, found it. They did not even start looking at our car until 2 days later, even though we had an appointment. It took them a week and a day to get the work done; however, the job *isn't done well* and we will have to bring it back (when the finish our next car). The kicker, we had another scheduled appointment for our second car, scheduled for a week after the first car. But, we missed our other scheduled appointment for our jeep because of the dealership's delay in working on our first car. A few days before the scheduled appointment for our jeep, we told the employee we are working with that we could only drop the jeep off when our Durango was done because we only have two cars and were told that it "should be fine" to drop the Jeep off when the Durango is done. Now the next car is being treated like a walk-in and hasn't been looked at in over a week. Every time we call, we are told they will do their best to look at it, but that they are treating it as a walk-in. The issues RE: the Durango: 1. It took them 2 days after the scheduled appointment (scheduled two months in advance) before they even looked at our Durango. 2. This was a two day job at best that took a week and a day. 3. They did not finish the job *well* on the first vehicle (backwards seatbelt and loose door handle after they replaced the actuator). The issues RE: the Jeep: 4. We told them in advance that we couldn't make our next scheduled appointment unless they finished our Durango -- they told us that was okay, and to drop it when they were done with our Durango, never telling us we would then be treated like a walk-in. 5. They then turned around and treated the next car as a walk-in, when in fact we had talked to them about this issue in advance and they should have made allowance in their schedule for this -- they were given notice. 6. They have not provided us any updates on our cars -- each time we had to initiate contact. We have been repeat customers for years - at this point, I couldn't recommend this place to anyone. More

Communication was not good. I had to keep calling to find out the Statius of my repair. Only to find out that they wanted $3400 to replace an AC line.
