The service department at this dealership is by far the worst I have ever been to. I have owned Dodge Ram trucks my entire life and purchase a new one every 3-5 years. I have never seen a group of people w worst I have ever been to. I have owned Dodge Ram trucks my entire life and purchase a new one every 3-5 years. I have never seen a group of people who could care less about being good at their jobs. The entire staff was non responsive to my requests for information about the status of my truck. After sitting at their dealership for a month I finally cashed everyotgrt dealership in town and was able to find one who got me in right away and ordered the part. The new dealership could not believe that arapahoe Dodge Ram had not ordered the parts since they had it for a month. I hope someone in managment reads this and takes it seriously. Service is the life blood of a dealership and you have lost me as a customer for life because of how I was treated. I will make it a point to share my experience with every other Dodge guy I know so they do not have to endure such deplorable service. More

Forced to schedule an appointment for a recall at the dealership which I avoid like the plague. Had a 7:00 AM appointment, was the second in line. At checking I was informed the tech's do not arrive un dealership which I avoid like the plague. Had a 7:00 AM appointment, was the second in line. At checking I was informed the tech's do not arrive until 8:00 or 8:30 AM. I figured I would just have them change the oil while I waited for the techs. After 4 hours they finally got around to updating the software to cover the recall with no communication in those 4 hours. Took about 15 minutes to actually apply the software patch. Reminds me of a Seinfeld, "you know how to take a reservation but you don't know how to keep one." Once again par for the course at the dealership. More
