I have called every single apartment trying to access information about a repair on my car. Nobody is answering in the services department, and when I call other departments they just transfer the call…a information about a repair on my car. Nobody is answering in the services department, and when I call other departments they just transfer the call…and then that person doesn’t pick up. These guys suck! I wouldn’t have chosen this place if I had known how lazy they were. More

He was so kind and congenital and has great customer service skills. They even cleaned my under carriage and running boards which were caked with mud. What a pleasant stress free experience . Thank you Torey...you rock dude! More

At the beginning of the month, dealership, I'll be honest in saying that I've never needed their services department for a fix, until recently... At the beginning of the month, my BRAND NEW RAM truck that I purchased from them (at almost $80K) wouldn't start. So it was towed down to the dealership for diagnostics and repair. 1) The dealership refused to look at my truck for over a week. They also did not provide a loaner, nor would they help with a rental. So after 4 vehicles and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent with them, I picked that tab up as well. 2) After a week of no updates, I called, was told that my truck was not yet diagnosed, and that no notes were attached to it's records. So, after a few frustrated conversations (keep in mind, everyday that goes by, I'm paying almost $50/day for a rental vehicle - and they aren't helping with any of it) they go diagnose it. It's the starter, and they REFUSE to cover it, stating that the starter doesn't fall under RAMs power train warranty and that the bumper-to-bumper warranty expired a meager 2,000 miles ago... now I get it, a warranty is a warranty, but the margin here for expiration was close. Why they wouldn't just cover this under good faith, absolutely boggles me. Remember, 4 vehicles and upwards of $300K spent there... and we can't even cover replacing a starter... the ONLY thing that I've ever needed from this dealership. 3) Two weeks later, a near $800 car rental bill and the cost of the starter (RAM customer care stepped in and covered some of the cost - even they were floored that this dealership didn't step in and cover it, given my customer history with them), I finally got my truck back. All for a starter that most likely cost under $100 ($200 if they actually used Mopar brand parts). It's the little things that kill a relationship, and after almost a decade of shopping at Autonation, purchasing 4 vehicles, and spending a good (over) $200K in financing costs at their dealership, their utter lack of care for their customer when it's needed has ensured that I will never shop for a new car, truck or SUV there again. Bottom line up front here: This dealership couldn't care less about their customer and vehemently denied any type of good will gestures on BRAND NEW vehicles sold. I've never had this issue with other dealerships, and I cannot in good faith, ever shop their again. More
Will is a great Service Advisor. He did a good job keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process of my trucks warranty work. Although the repair took longer than I initially expected, he was honest and provided prompt responses to my questions along the way. The first SA I spoke with, I did not record his name, was the polar opposite and spent all of his time telling me that it wouldnt be covered unfder warranty eventhough Auto Nation Dodge has a 7 year warranty and I purchased my truck there less than 6 years ago and had just crossed 30k miles. Thank you Will. More
