I paid 1500.00 for a Mopar bed cover for new 2500. I picked it up and had to leave ASAP. later after work i looked over. Wasn't put on correctly. Left side is higher then right side. Bought an extended warranty, at time of purchase was represented as bumper to bumper. When tried to use was told it would not be honored as bumper to bumper so to replace a missing bumper sensor cost al represented as bumper to bumper. When tried to use was told it would not be honored as bumper to bumper so to replace a missing bumper sensor cost almost $400, and that was with a reduction in price as they worked a little bit with me. Normally I would recommend highly but apparently I spent an additional $799 for an extended warranty that covers nothing. More

Well I got a recall notice for my Challenger, they had to order the part , 10 days later I had to CALL THEM to find out if it was in. They said yes and I could bring it in NEXT WEEK..... Got there at the order the part , 10 days later I had to CALL THEM to find out if it was in. They said yes and I could bring it in NEXT WEEK..... Got there at the appointed date/time and they knew nothing about the appointment. But they managed to squeeze me in and allocate the part from ANOTHER CUSTOMER to my recall service.... So......... about a month to get a know recall (safety) notice repaired..... hmmmmm YOU BE THE JUDGE.....!!!! More

I have NEVER had as many issues as I have had with this truck with any other car, and I have had 7 other cars throughout my life.3 of those were Chrysler products and I guarantee I will NEVER own another one. I have had so many recalls with my truck in addition to many parts breaking and Chrysler NOT ONCE ever honoring a warranty. I had documented service records of issues back when the vehicle had only 4,000 miles on it. I kept taking it back to Chrysler Customer Care to fix and they never did a full repair. Only bandaids. If I had known Colorado had a very short Lemon Law I would have turned it back to them. So instead I bought the extended warranty Autonation Dodge Ram Arapahoe sold me in hopes that then they would fix all the issues and it would be covered. Not one item was ever covered under the extended warranty. I have had to replace the exhaust manifolds, lifters, the ignition, and the power windows don't work as they're supposed to. Key fobs not communicating with the computer module, the Ramboxes cracked and bolts tear out...just do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and stay far away from Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep products. They customer service and cars themselves are crap! Update 8/20/2021: still waiting on a resolution. Seems to be a lack of follow through with this dealer. So far I'm not impressed and am sticking to my review. More

I had it scheduled for August 7th Austin was able to get it in sooner which worked out really well for me. They had the truck for about 1 week. Which was okay so far the issue that was addressed is okay it it in sooner which worked out really well for me. They had the truck for about 1 week. I was happy to get my vehicle serviced there, however I noticed that there was a grease stain left on the upper interior of my truck that someone was very careless to leave. I wished I could have it detailed for free after that. Also my tire that has shown to be low on tire pressure is still low and hasn’t been forced. I was told nothing was brought to the attention of the mechanics. The tire pressure monitor needs to be reset. I don’t know if I will be returning to this dealership for future service. More
