I just bought a Ford Transit from this dealership. It was an absolte comedy of errors! I turned on the windshield wipers and they actuallt came off. Upon closer inspection you could tell that they wer It was an absolte comedy of errors! I turned on the windshield wipers and they actuallt came off. Upon closer inspection you could tell that they were not the wipers for the transit. I showed this to my sales person who let me know there is nothing he could do because it passed inspection already. (no joke) I had to let him know that I was going to walk based on windshield wipers alone! He finally went to service to let them know about the situation who the ended up sending the actuarate wipers to my house. after getting the Transit to my house upon further inspection I found that there was no cabin filter for the vehicle. I guess its the same service employee that overlooked the wipers and the cabin filter. I understand that mistakes can happen but for pets sake own up and take some responsibility. If you scratch your head at the state of our country stop in here for a visit and you will see why! More
