You would never know it was repaired. I got my car back when they said it would be completed. When my car got hit I thought what a hassle but Nic H. made it extremely easy. His communication, attentiveness and professionalism made it all so easy. He conducts a confrontational demeanor using a micro manage control style (experienced on this repair with a paint miss match after having the car for 80 days). Derek Alexander should be trained or kept away from customers, period. I received a hostile phone call from this man in anger. He ranted in a yelling tirade to a customer about not taking care of a potential additional repair, a discussion that took place earlier with my rep. He blamed customer for near '80 days' of the car being there and customer being responsible for operational disruptions to daily work schedules on the floor. He insisted I was to pick the car up the next day the car will be ready because he is not doing any more work on the car. I went the following day (Saturday) but the car electronics failed it had to stay there until the Monday. Jason A, was outstanding. This estimator was informative, held product knowledge, helpful and provided communication throughout. This gentleman is an asset to the center. The receptionist was also very helpful and courteous. The previous management was far superior, I don't don't what happened to them but it is a shame they no longer with the company. An observation only but this center used have executive cars to super cars in for minor repairs to highly technical work, you'd see many of them at the center. They are no longer there, just an observation. More
