brought my 2020 Nissan Rogue in for front end repair following a one-car collision with a parking garage pillar. I was able to come in for an estimate the same day I called. Although it took a long time for them to get the parts, the people here are a pleasure to work with. Zack was very knowledgeable and informative about what was going on. I was driven to the car rental which was next door. Before I knew it, my car was ready. The repair work and car wash made my car look like new. Took my Nissan 370z here. Prior to drop off I explained that I had Full front end PPF and the whole car was ceramic coated. Danielle Mosley said no problem they won’t touch it Prior to drop off I explained that I had Full front end PPF and the whole car was ceramic coated. Danielle Mosley said no problem they won’t touch it. I dropped the car off on DEC 5, got it back on DEC 29. Throughout the the process I was told more than 7 times that my car was almost done and to expect to pick it up soon. The paint is all mangled up, deep swirls and scratches all over the replaced panels and the non affected panels . They decided to WAX THE NEW PAINTED PANELS!!! I have deep swirls and scratches all over my whole vehicle whatever they used to wash my paint is horrible. They must have used a brush and an old bath towel to dry my car. Now I have to have my whole car re polished and re ceramic coated. They put swirls and scratches on my whole car. I had my car fully ceramic coated and polished prior to my accident and the paint was spotless no defects no swirls nothing. I just can’t believe a body shop can be so negligent on a repair. It is so weird a body shop having WAX in their shops it’s a huge NO NO. Your not suppose to WAX A VEHICLE FOR 30 DAYS. But this shop put WAX ON FRESH PAINT. They damaged my paint all over my vehicle.
