I was very displeased with my service at AutoNation Collision in Towson. My car was rear ended on 12/21 and i took my car to the collision center on 12/23. I did not receive my car back until February! Collision in Towson. My car was rear ended on 12/21 and i took my car to the collision center on 12/23. I did not receive my car back until February! They had to replace my bumper and it took 6 weeks. Every bit of communication was initiated by me which was so unprofessional. The rental extended pass my 30 day coverage and I was forced to pay out of pocket due to the extended amount of time it took them to replace my bumper. First it was the parts came in late. Then it was they didn’t have workers show up because of the 2 inches of snow. Then it was they had a new painter and it would take even longer. I didn’t start to see any movement until I spoke with the supervisor. Thank God for him or they would probably still have my car! It was not a great experience at all. More
I really regret not reading these reviews before choosing AutoNation Collision Center. I was initially swayed by their recommendation as an authorized BMW repair shop, but that turned out to be a huge mistak AutoNation Collision Center. I was initially swayed by their recommendation as an authorized BMW repair shop, but that turned out to be a huge mistake. From the start, the service has been horrendous. I was given three different completion dates for my vehicle’s repair, and at no point did they proactively update me. Every bit of information I received was only because I had to initiate a call or send an email. To make matters worse, they found additional damage during the repair process that required new parts. Once again, I had to contact them to find this out—no one bothered to inform me. I was told that my vehicle was being reassembled and would possibly be completed by the end of the day, but this turned out to be a complete lie. My vehicle has a tracking system that takes pictures and reports its location, and it clearly showed that the car hadn’t moved for two days. After reviewing the tracking data and noticing that the car was still sitting in the same spot, I called to ask about the reassembly process and why the car hadn’t been moved. Despite the urgent nature of my inquiry, I didn’t receive a call back. However, within minutes of my call, I noticed that my car had been moved to an indoor shop area, which made it clear that they were aware I was paying attention. The lack of transparency and communication is appalling. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would never trust them with my vehicle again. The entire process was poorly managed, and I’m beyond disappointed. In my opinion, AutoNation Collision Center should not be recommended, especially to those expecting quality service and timely repairs. Communication from the receptionist to the collision estimator was unacceptable, save your time and yourself an headache and seek service elsewhere. More

Weren’t able to finish the repair properly and then I had to take it to the service department at BMW to complete the job. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the process, I was treated rudely.
