AutoNation Collision Center Tempe - Service Center

This is my first collision repair situation, but I do not know how the repair process could have been any better. I can not say enough about the way I was treated during this repair. Specifically, Casey know how the repair process could have been any better. I can not say enough about the way I was treated during this repair. Specifically, Casey Alexander was the perfect point of contact. He kept me informed on a timely basis and stayed on top of my repair to insure all that was estimated was completed as promised. He rapidly informed my insurer when there was unseen damage that needed to be addressed. In a word, he "went to bat for me" to insure my Honda was done right! He made me welcome to come back should there be any unanticipated issue connected to the collision. Thank you again Casey Alexander. More
