AutoNation Collision Center Spokane - Service Center

The service writer (Kyla) was responsive in a timely way to all questions I had about the car. I had to take the car back 3 times times to replace a scratched used headlight that was installed and an afterm to all questions I had about the car. I had to take the car back 3 times times to replace a scratched used headlight that was installed and an aftermarket faulty headlight. The 3rd time an OEM was ordered and installed. One time, a part was not installed when the car was to be ready for pickup. When i pointed it out, the part was ordered and installed a week later. Radar calibrations were a significant issue. I took the car back 5 times to get the issue addressed. Finally, the Audi was taken to the dealer and all the needed radar calibrations were addressed. My recommendation is to have a Designated QUALITY CONTROL person with the responsibility to go over the car ensuring all parts are quality and installed correctly, and all trim pieces are clipped in correctly, etc. More

very pleased with David's follow up via emails and phone calls during the repair process. He did a good job and all at the facility were pleasant to deal with. a shuttle service would be a big plus, not p calls during the repair process.
