Do not take your vehicle to Autonation Collision. They do not warranty any work as they state there company policy. They state they have a life time warranty on parts body work and paint and won't ho They do not warranty any work as they state there company policy. They state they have a life time warranty on parts body work and paint and won't honor painting a vehicle the wrong color. They have not made any attempts to correct there poor workmanship and also the extensive amount of new damages they did while driving my truck around and using 1/4 of fuel, tank was full when brought to them and was at 19.6 miles per gallon and dropped to 19.4. They have brought themselves to be sued by my insurance company and also an additional lawsuit. I was told by corporate and management I'd receive a refund on my card and a check in the mail neither has happened simce March. Manager probably won't be employed after this is over with. More

George was excellent but I had a problem with the car. Th paint was excellent but the hood had major gaps between it and the adjacent panels. I took the car to two Porsche dealers as I wanted to sell the car. Both immediately asked me about the "accident" (neither had checked CarFax before asking me) which was. minor with no frame or support damage. I did bring the car back to the Collision Center between these two visits to the Porsche dealers. At the end of the day, I sold the car to Suncoast Porsche and based upon on-line values, lost about $10,000. More

I wish that I had good things to say about our experience with this collision center... I do not! We've been waiting for our car for months as they negotiate a better payout with State Farm insurance. They with this collision center... I do not! We've been waiting for our car for months as they negotiate a better payout with State Farm insurance. They won't release my car to me the owner until they get there payout. I got my own personal insurance involved to mitigate and still no release back to us? Policy adjustment internally should have been made long before this review. There is currently no end in sight. More
