I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Special thanks goes to Kevin Deras, the estimator, who answered all my questions (and I had several) and kept me informed every step of the way. The Special thanks goes to Kevin Deras, the estimator, who answered all my questions (and I had several) and kept me informed every step of the way. The work was completed on time as estimated, the repair excellent, and the car when provided me was absolutely spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend AutoNation to my friends (but hopefully I wouldn't have to). More
Had a great experience getting my vehicle repaired here. Bryce gave me the confidence that they would do a great job and was great at communicating with us about the repair process. It took about 5-6 weeks to repair damage to the rear bumper. I scheduled the repair several weeks in advance. After drop off the car sat for several days before anyone touched anything. A few weeks before the repair was completed, I was told the car would be ready in about a week. My contact at the repair shop left and it appears the job slipped through the cracks. Overall, this repair took about 2-3 weeks longer than the original estimate. More
