Samantha handled the flood repair through my friend's insurance. We initially went to your service center and were shown the wet carpet by the back seats. Then it developed into mold. We called Progressi insurance. We initially went to your service center and were shown the wet carpet by the back seats. Then it developed into mold. We called Progressive and were recommended to your collision center. We were lucky enough to have Samantha as the contact person. She inspected the car and thankfully was both thorough and courteous to handle the situation. She listened and responded to our concerns. Also, she gave clear explanations of the repair process. Because of her clarity and information we felt confident in the repairs. She went beyond the call of duty. Your repair staff provided a beautiful end product. I would highly recommend your service.
