I set up an appointment using their online scheduler for Saturday at 11. I got two confirmation texts from them (in fact the second text was 10am on Saturday). I get there and there is NO ONE THERE. So glad I wasted my time and effort on this. I deal with a lot of people in the Oviedo area so I will make sure I put into all my conversations to avoid this place. More

Excellent collision center and EVERYONE is extremely friendly. The front desk was so helpful and answered all of my questions when dropping off our SUV. Our contact was Fred and I can't say enough won friendly. The front desk was so helpful and answered all of my questions when dropping off our SUV. Our contact was Fred and I can't say enough wonderful things about him. He kept us update on the progress of the work being done on our SUV. He was forever dealing with the insurance company as they would leave items off of the repairs and this cause the repairs to take longer. He made sure he got back to the insurance co. same day to help expedite the process and also contacted us. I would definitely recommend Auto Nation Collision Center Oviedo to any and or everyone. Frankly, a waste of time. Front desk was rude every time I would call about my vehicle as if they hadn't been "fixing" it for the past 4 months. Again, a waste of time and, honestly, would not recommend. Super unprofessional, would not keep me updated on anything, and the actual mechanic would never answer the phone. What a disappointment. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. More
