RO#256166 Horrible service, the tech was Sam Thomlinson, very rude person and messed my car, they took over 2.5 months for a simple repair while they informed it is only a week or 2 max for repair and it wi very rude person and messed my car, they took over 2.5 months for a simple repair while they informed it is only a week or 2 max for repair and it will cost 1900$ but after fixing the cost went to 17000$ they are ripping off the insurance, after fixing the car he messed my car differential and they never covered it, had to send it to services Toyota again for another 3200$ its a big mafia no one is asking question but they lost their 10y customer relationship .. never ever go to Toyota collision center and if you visit never deal with Sam Thomlinson More
