I had a small car bumper accident after New Year's Day. So, my friends suggested that I go back to the Toyota dealership to ask if they have a collision center for repairing my car. When it is time to drop off my car, my sister and I meet Mr. Keith Hall. He gave us so many more details of what him and his team are going to do on my car. I just want to say thank you so much to Mr. Keith Hall and his team for repairing with very detailing information by letting me know what to expect or how they are going to repair my Toyota Highlander LE front bumper. Now, my car's bumper looks brand new, just like my first time when I purchased in the Toyota dealership. But I did get a text every few days from Ruben who tried to keep me informed thru out the process. I did not find this response time out of line with any other business. Would I recommend them to a friend? Yes. Would I use them again. Yes, but I hope I never have to. More
