AutoNation Collision Center Katy West - Service Center

I had to return a for them to fix what they’d already repaired. They said they had done an alignment and my truck was still going to one side. They also damaged the buttons on the back of my steering whe repaired. They said they had done an alignment and my truck was still going to one side. They also damaged the buttons on the back of my steering wheel and refused to fix that issue. Stating they weren’t sure if it was their guys or not that did it. Wanted me to pay $200 for a diagnostic check. The manager is rude and even suggested I commit ins fraud by saying my own hands/fingers damaged my buttons. More

The repairs to my vehicle were excellent and completed as promised. Great staff, especially Josh Redd, the Collision Estimator. Worst car repair experience ever. Repeated trips to the shop and Vehicle is still not fixed. AFTER 4-6 trips back to the AUTONATION shop and missed DAYS OF WORK, WE GAVE UP ON AUTONA Repeated trips to the shop and Vehicle is still not fixed. They installed a cracked Wiper Fluid reservior with a significant leak. The paint dept is the worst!!! Overspray, visible tape lines, etc. obvious attempts to conceal flaws. Many many more issues. All of this under management’s approval. AVOID THIS AUTO REPAIR AT ALL COST!! More
